This high specification 1/8th radio control buggy promises to lift the RTR category to new heights with its impressive array of features. Many of the details that made the Hobao Hyper 8.5 Pro a first time winner at the Euro champs, are included on the RTR making it an ideal choice for anybody looking to enter the competition end of 1/8th RC racing and be competitive from the off.

We are including our latest generation HoBao Hyper 21 3-port Race Engine to provide improved power and torque over standard RTR power plants. In addition it has big bore shocks for improved rough track handling, 9kg steering servo for heavy duty applications, racing dish wheels.

CML in conjunction with HoBao has put together a taliored RTR package that truly allows the owner to start racing without fear of rule infringements or mechanical failure once the rigours of racing take their toll.

Instead of a .26 or .28 pull start engine, the ‘BRCA Edition’ Hyper 8 comes standard with a race legal CNC heatsink Hyper 21 3-port, non pull start engine and Hyper starter box for reliable and effective starting time after time.

Servos have been upgraded to a heavy duty Futaba 9kg steering unit and 6kg throttle to handle the demands of driving a track layout. Remember that HoBao only use high quality Futaba radio equipment.

A legal, in-line connected polished pipe set is standard as are racing dished wheels and angle spike tyres - the only choice when running on UK grass tracks.

In addition the Hyper 8 ‘BRCA Edition’ RTR comes with all the same features that have made the Hyper 8 the leader in its price bracket with custom finshed pre-painted bodyshell, hard anodised chassis and shocks, anti-roll bars, heavy duty diffs, universal driveshafts and fully race adjustable suspension.
