WE HAVE SOLD CMC DIE-CAST MODELS FOR MANY YEARS BUT NEVER REALLY SOLD THEM ON-LINE.

WE HAVE NOW DECIDED TO PUT THESE HIGH END TOP OF THE RANGE MODELS ON-LINE FOR SALE AS THEY ARE GENERALLY HARD TO COME BY.

THE MODELS WE SELL IN THE CMC RANGE ARE ALL 1/18TH SCALE WHICH MEANS THEY MEASURE AROUND 10in (200mm) IN LENGTH.

CMC MODELS ARE VERY VERY HIGH IN LEVEL OF DETAIL AND ARE HAND BUILT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS.

THE LEVEL OF DETAIL ON THIS MODEL IS OUT OF THIS WORLD, THE MODEL HAS WIRED DETAILED ENGINE AND UNDERNEATH CHASSIS DETAIL.

This all metal model of the legendary Ferrari 500 F2, the World Championship car of 1953. Hand assembled from 1,464 parts

Highly detailed four cylinder inline engine with all attachments.

Stainless steel spokes wired by hand.

The rear cover may be removed by unscrewing 4 small screws.

536 single rivets were necessary to rebuild the fuel and oil tanks true to the original.
 
Detailed display of the underbody and power train.
 
Front wheel suspension with double wishbone axle with cross installed metal compound spring and shock absorber.

De Dion rear axle with trailing link and cross installed metal compound spring and shock absorbers.
